What disappointed you about How to Boost Your Physical and Mental Energy?
I was expecting more science and facts but there is awful lot of on meditation and Buddhist philosophy that is not very helpful. Quite a lot of common sense too though. Also lots of quoting surveys and studies but with no context its not helpful. Nothing veer insightful that would make it a great course.Would you ever listen to anything by The Great Courses again?

Should be relabeled to make it clear that there is a lot about Buddhist philosophy and mediation which wasn't what i was looking for the this course.Misleading it a course on meditation
