Highly Recommended!
I am 72 yr old and thoroughly enjoyed this book. As it played, i would pause the recording and try the warm up exercises, the exercises and the cool down exercises. If you own a body, a chair, a bed or floor, and a towel you too can do these exercises.
I saw my 89 yr old husband get into better physical shape last year through exercise so I know it is possible to improve our balance and muscles at any age. These exercises are easy to do and well explained.. The book explains what each exercise, even warm up ones are good for - maybe a stretch or to help balance or build muscle. I recommend you try this book and its exercises.

Great guidance to keep you safe
I like that this book shares a wealth of experience as a practiced physiotherapist and wants to ensure that the exercises provided are effective, safe, and gentle. The author provides the dos and don'ts of home exercises, which is good so that the person doing the exercises knows what to be aware of to avoid injury. My mom is a bit clumsy and has had 2 knee replacements, 2 shoulder replacements and has had a broken ankle, so listening to what types of exercises would be best for her was essential so that she could stay safe. The workouts provide variety and enjoyment, making the exercise routine engaging and sustainable.
Anyone who picks up this book will find it to be a goldmine of knowledge. The author does a great job of addressing common health issues by providing warm-up and cool-down exercises. The dynamic 4-week workout plan is a fantastic roadmap to help ensure you or your loved one remains active, and discipline and will become progressively stronger.

Really great details and interesting exercises!
I enjoyed listening to this book. At first I thought, what a downer telling us about all our potential senior aliments. But then the book kicked into gear and mentions various exercises for not only different levels but seniors with various health issues. I was reminded how important stretching is prior to exercises for everyone! I started the dynamic four-week workout plan! I would definitely recommend this book!

My in-laws are hooked!
I got this book for my in-laws as they were looking for a safe way to get back into fitness after a difficult period of health challenges.
