The holiness of God explained so beautifully
First of all, I love that Jackie Hill Perry read this herself. I have heard her speak many times and her delivery is usually quite sobering and adds to the depth of what she is sharing. As the author she clearly knew where to put the emphasis on certain phrases. It definitely brought this to life.
The topic of the holiness of God and our response to it is (and should be, I think) a bit daunting. But this book breaks it down and serves it back to you it a way that is challenging yet accessible.
A brilliant book that will help readers/listeners grow in this area.

Amazing...
Amazing read... Very simple, honest and easy to follow.. Makes relating with God a simple and easy thing to understand.. JACKIE reading this book felt like sitting in your living room chatting and learning.. I loved it and it made me want to love God more.. This is amazing..

theologically rich and beautifully written/read
The author makes the explores the holiness of God in a way that is both accessible and awe-inspiring.
Her writing and reading style is poetic and rich in imagery, which may not be to everyone's taste, but I thoroughly enjoyed this book and have found it to be fuel for my own devotion.

Holier Than thou
Anamazing book, it is well written. I would recommend this book to everyone. I loved ever bit of this book. I will read it again. Jackie was able to dig deep and really point us to God. This book is deep and well worth reading. I read each chapter everyday & enjoyed every bit of it. Her reading it to me aloud me to really dive into what she was trying to communicate. May God blew her, I highly recommend this book.

Couldn't recommend more highly!
Such a great book. I love how Jackie takes these important truths and expresses them in a clear and practical manner. The holiness of God sometimes feels so abstract because it is hard for us to understand but this book feels far from abstract. It's hard hitting at times and to the point, challenging me and encouraging me and I couldn't recommend this book more highly to anyone because this is life changing stuff if you can get to grips with it.
Whatever we fix our focus on will have a transforming influence on our lives. I'm challenged again to make sure my focus is on the holy, perfect God himself so that I might become like him.

A game changer for my faith
This has completely restored my view and belief in God. So many deep rooted issues/lies that were delaying my growth have been destroyed, unveiling a new understanding of God

Transforming
As a newly saved person (8 months) and still struggling with certain strongholds—this audio book was extremely helpful in guiding me to the realisation that my struggles were rooted in unbelief. And exposed me to a renewed view of God, that he’s Holy. I already knew that of course, but as we all know there’s a difference in knowing and understanding.
Jackie paints a picture so clear and distinctive, a true vessel for the Lords work especially for under 25s like me who grew up in a generation/ mindset so contrary to God’s holiness.
Praise be the God.
