This improved my Vegus Nerve knowledge

I was a little aware of the V.Nerve and some things to do when I wanted regulation (rub/press tongue on the roof of the mouth). I definitely learned a TON MORE from this and am excited to implement what I remember. Great Listen!

Great advice

I didn’t know much about the vagus nerve before listening to this book but I have learnt so much. I suffer from both anxiety and stress so the advice has been invaluable. The book explains all about what the vagus nerve is and the role it plays in our body. There are exercises that are easily incorporated into daily life to help reduce stress and anxiety. All you need to know about the vagus nerve and your health

Lots of scientific information so that you can understand better what is going on in your body. Then detailed information on how you can soothe that nerve to benefit your physical and mental health. it ends with an 8- week programme putting everything together. Great narrator too. Recommended.

Caring for the most important nerve

As a respiratory therapist, I know that the vagus nerve is the most important nerve in the body and 100% responsible for breathing. I had no idea how much more the nerve is responsible for.
