Excellent work, evidence based, philosophically underpinned
From Aristotle to Habermas, the author knows the philosophies of topics under discussion. From subtle medical conditions to stubborn personality disorders she is aware of the underlying psychopathologies. Psychology, sociology, hermeneutics and epistemology are all dealt with in an expert manner. However these are not major strengths of this book. The main strength lies in it’s simple narrative style aimed to address a common reader that is done exceptionally well. I wish to see more similar and related kind of work from the author. Thumps up.
