Not as informative as I hoped
The narrator sounds like an automaton or like a digitized text reader, which is very distracting. the bulk of the book is about getting a flat stomach and abs which wasn't what I was looking for. I'd have preferred more science on gut flora and the link to skin health and mental health, not a sales job on starting to exercise (I already have a six pack!!)
if you've never exercised I guess this could be useful but overall I found this a waste of a credit.
