This audiobook has overcome my expectations
There are many tips given by the author on how to cope with the transformation that Kundalini can bring into a person's life. I love this audiobook and I have very grateful to the author to create this audiobook.

Best Spiritual Book
I know now what this path holds and what I should expect. Already I can see how I have stepped in ego traps several times. I recommend you read this book even if you are like me - still working on concentrating on energies and not your mind, your awareness, which will be the next step.

Nice work by the author!
In the introduction part of this book, the author told the reader to read the book's cover first and then proceed to the main content. It is good advice because at first if you have the idea of what's coming, then it would be easy for you to absorb them. This is a book that makes you think and heal your body through your own mind.

Such a great audiobook!
Such a great audiobook! The author explained everything so well, very in depth and I loved the narrator! Highly recommend this if this is where you begin learning about getting in touch with this level of understanding about Kundalini Meditation!

Saved my life
I'm going to make is review straight to the point. I have suffered from anxiety my entire life. I still suffer from it but now I'm ok with it. Now it is occasional rather than every day. I feel the water. I smell the air. I live in the moment now rather than the past and the future. Thank you

Very well written and engaging
I was new to meditation and always thought of it to be a bit of a softy thing. Well, it turned out harder as I thought, but this book explained a lot of the difficulties I came across and helped me stay on track. A great read for anyone starting out with meditation.

Outstanding for a beginner
In mindfulness, it is possible to learn self-compassion through the recognition that situations outside ourselves, or out of our control, need not disturb our inner quiet moments. Each mind, no matter how full of clutter, is just waiting for a quiet moment to come into focus. I highly recommend this book due to Andy's style of Storytelling to help explain abstract ideas on mindfulness meditation. I would recommend.

Fantastic book!!
One thing to note about this helpful little book is that it is quite small. It's plenty thick and packed with information, but it's definitely pocket-sized. This makes it extra portable, making it easy to slip in your bag or keep at the office.
