About this listen

Grace-Ella is nervous and excited to go to Witch Camp, with her cat Mr Whiskins, of course.

She is put in a cabin with Dilys, Mati and Aisha. Grace-Ella likes them all. But when Dilys’s broomstick flying goes very wrong and Mati convinces them breaking the rules and going into the woods at night is the only way to help her, Grace-Ella finds herself on a real adventure. Will she be able to save her friends?

good

Girl's adventure magic story, with themes of friendship and getting into trouble. Bit like Harry Potter for very young girls, with 1 narcissist know it all. Happy ending, but a little stupid/unrealistic. Nobody noticed 1 girl never learned to read, not even her parents ! & the main character of course wins an unlikely challenge. Narrator's over emphasis on almost every 3rd word is irritating. The 1st book had more comedy, this one is based more on adventure.
