Great book which can really change your life
Although I have previous experience working abroad, this book has been a good reality check in evaluating where I am now and where I have always wanted to be (living/working abroad). The author details his own experiences from travelling and working abroad, to opportunities of studying in a different country. The book covers a range of topics which are valuable to anyone thinking of working/travelling abroad, but are apprehensive of taking those first steps.
This book is a great guide with tons of real life experiences on how to live and work around the globe.

Seasoned Motivational Advice
I received this book via promo code and this is my honest voluntary review.
Rather than focusing on potential career uncertainty with Brexit and Covid disasters... I am glad I had this book around for some inspiration. Switching gears is never easy, and getting the courage to actually book those tickets, fill in the application forms and join those language classes takes a lot of faith and hellah guts. I've always been intrigued by the idea of jet-setting around the world on my wandering feet and having an awesome career. I loved the personal anecdotes that follow this practical advice.
If I were still in my early 20s, I would most probably be off following this advice but at 35... the idea of interning for free etc is not very practical if you are a young professional I loved the straight forward writing style and the tips are excellent to keep in mind or pass on to younger family members.

If You Want To Work And Travel, Read This!
This is a nice easy read. Gives you a great set of tools to prepare yourself for a life of working on the road. As a nomad of 7 years, I'd say a perfect first book on the topic -also has a few higher-level secrets, which made it more useful than a lot of the other books on the topic . Written by an American, but stil great advice, regardless of where you are from. Recommended...

Timely read for those with the travel itch
I was recommended this book by a friend & wasn't disappointed. Michael (the author) provides a blend of personal real-world experiences combined with logistical advice on visa resources, travel tips, insurance, accommodation suggestions, and finding local job listings.
It's timely info during this "2020 situation". Flights may have been halted momentarily, but many traditional jobs are now going online as a result. Whether you want to work remotely for a company as an expat or freelance from a laptop in Asia, this book provides practical tips to get you started.
Highly recommend.
