Life-Changing Fitness at 65+
After a fall left me fearful of exercise, this audiobook changed everything. I've been following the 28-day program for just three weeks and already feel stronger when climbing stairs. Hear it, see it, and do it. Great combo.
I really liked the free video demonstrations and the illustrated chart that you can download through a link with the audiobook. It's one thing to hear someone describe an exercise, but actually seeing it done correctly in the videos is a game-changer. And the illustrated chart is great for quick reference when I don't want to have the audio playing.
The 28-day program is nicely structured, taking you through it step-by-step. It feels like a manageable way to build a routine without feeling overwhelmed. The instructions in the audio are easy to follow, and having the visual support of the videos and chart really reinforces what to do.

Easily mastered, these exercises are wonderful!
I had been looking for easy exercises since I broke my femur 18 months ago. This book is perfect for me. The simple exercises are easy to understand, well-illustrated, and fun to do.
My goal is to be able to walk one block with safe balance, strength and no pain. I believe this book will help me accomplish that in about 45 days. Repetition of the specific exercises builds confidence in me. Each day I do the planned pose and hold it for 15 seconds longer. If I have pain, I stop and assess what is causing my pain. By specifically studying my pose to the book's poses, I am able to move enough to stop the pain.
This book is well worth every minute of Pilates using a wall in your own home,
I can highly recommend this book and have recommended it to my friends and family.

Starting Where I Am
After years of feeling like fitness just wasn’t for me, this book made it finally click. One morning, I pushed the coffee table aside and tried a few of the wall exercises right in my pajamas. Easy to follow

Morning Movement That Feels Good
Instead of scrolling my phone first thing in the morning, I now do a few wall stretches by my bed. It’s such a small change, but it’s shifted my whole mindset for the day.
