Summary

From the mind of horror master Garth Marenghi: a masterful multi-volume horror masterpiece thirty years in the making...

Dare you crack open the TerrorTome? (Mind the spine)

When horror writer Nick Steen gets sucked into a cursed typewriter by the terrifying Type-Face, Dark Lord of the Prolix, the hellish visions inside his head are unleashed for real. Forced to fight his escaping imagination - now leaking out of his own brain - Nick must defend the town of Stalkford from his own fictional horrors, including avascular-necrosis-obsessed serial killer Nelson Strain and Nick's dreaded throppleganger, the Dark Third.

Can he and Roz, his frequently incorrect female editor, hunt down these incarnate denizens of Nick's rampaging imaginata before they destroy Stalkford, outer Stalkford and possibly slightly further?

From the twisted genius of horror master Garth Marenghi - Frighternerman, Darkscribe, Doomsage (plus Man-Shee) - come three dark tales from his long-lost multi-volume epic: TerrorTome.

Can a brain leak?
(Yes, it can)

Scary

BE WARNED
This is a scary book.

The performance of the author was great, the story went on a bit but overall was entertaining, and the book as a whole kept me engaged for the full length.

The first story (of 3) was by far the best and most imaginative , the remaining 2 were not on the same level, but still enjoyable

Superb

It's every bit as funny/erotic as you'd hope from a writer such as Gareth Marengue.

A long awaited addition the Marenghi franchise. This tome was incredible, it was finally nice to hear the writing styles of this man, the TV series was excellent but to hear the story writing just made things so much better.

Horrifyingly hilarious, plus great value.

This book was excellent plus it was extra great value as there were multiple storylines. Could this TerrorTome see the return of Garth Marenghi to the mainstream? Here’s hoping-Darkplace was ages ago, so this is long overdue. Are channel four going to commission this or what?!? Netflix maybe?!?

Exactly what you think it'll be

I loved Dark Place so was excited to get into this. There were times where I thought it was getting a bit stale (my fav parts of Dark Place were the 'characters' interjecting and was expecting something similar) but it just kept getting more ridiculous. Lots of fun and Ian's narration was hilarious.

As good as Slicer

I was unable to go to see him live due to my ill health so this was the next best thing. So incredible to hear him do this after so many years away from the character. My hope is that there will be more. This needs to be adapted for tv…maybe for the Peruvian market.
