Very inspirational
First of all, I'm not a female but I have a young adorable daughter and I want her to grow as a healthy, confident, and happy girl. For now, this book is not easy for her to understand but I'm eager to teach the author's strategies to my daughter. This audiobook is a truely awesome not even for young female but also for parents who want to raise their daughters to be next leaders in the future.

I Absolutely Loved This Audiobook!!!
I am a woman in a leadership role in my company, and I absolutely loved this this amazing and inspiring book! Before I got this leadership role I am in, I was filled with a lot of fear, but I realized that needed to change if I wanted to get where I want to go in my career. I have got a lot better, but I know I have a lot of growth still in my future. This is the book that I needed to listen to motivate and inspire me and propel me into the next chapter of my career. I want to become an absolutely fearless female leader like my manager. This book has taught me that I need fight imposter syndrome which plagues me now and then, and I need to continue to develop my fearless growth mindset. Thank you Marguerite Allolding for this treasure of a book.

Very Resourceful
This is a great inspiring and empowering book for women.We women always have the leadership skills but we hide them until we are inspired or motivated.There are a lot of empowering strategies to implement and be great in this book.I will recommend this book to any woman inspired to be big.

Support and networking for females to find ways into a male dominated world are highlighted in this audiobook. So much wisdom here. Tools, strategies, and insights are given to help you lead fearlessly. Finding your genuine self is the first lesson that guides the rest of your path. I have found so much encouragement to keep going forward.

Excellent Information
I have used some of this information during most of my career...I've had to as a female business owner working with male business owners, it is a necessity. There is more information in this book than I was expecting, and was pleasantly surprised to find this new information to use in my career.
