Rachel Grant always writes the most immersive suspense romances. These stories are deep, well thought out and, to me, resemble a film. False Evidence is no exception! Nicol Zanzarella and Greg Tremblay gave JT and Alexandra not just a voice but a soul. They were complicated, emotional… so very human.
To all those like me that only just started reading Rachel Grant and still have a lot of books to catch up, please catch up on the series. This book will be enjoyed better if you’ve read/listened the previous books in the series. I’ll be doing that very soon and get back to this one.

A satisfying complex plot in a story beautifully narrated by Nicol Zanzarella and Greg Tremblay. Maybe this story focuses more on the relationship (spanning 16 years) of the 2 main characters Alexandra Vargas and JT Talon than the suspense plot of the story than previous evidence books but it was no less a gripping, enjoyable and satisfying story. This is the last of the ‘Evidence’ stories and it pretty much brings us full circle as we first met Alex and JT in Concrete Evidence. JT is perhaps a difficult hero to truly like but Alex and Gemma will truly win your hearts and his interactions and care of Gemma go a long way to redeeming him. I enjoyed the story moving backwards and forwards in time, filling in the plot and providing background as to how they got to now. There was suspense, the plot did twist and turn and I was captivated by it all. Strong imperfect characters, meltingly sweet moments, true friendships, mystery and suspense, evil lurking, unexpected twists and a satisfying end to a series although that is bittersweet because it is the end. Thank you for a captivating story that was wonderful to listen too and a brilliant series.
