Weight loss help without the shots

I have been struggling with my weight, but I am not ready to take the shots. This book was my chance to make a change and get the weight off. I had no idea how much the meditations would help with cravings, but they do. I have employed the suggestions in the book, and now I feel much more in control of my eating and cravings. Helped Me Shift My Mindset

A program that works!

I was skepticall about hypnosis; but, I figured why not try it? I'm so glad I did. The guided sessions are easy to follow, and I actually feel more in control of my eating habits. I've noticed I stop when I'm full instead of mindlessly snacking. It's not an overnight fix, but I can see the real progress. Healthy Mind Healthy Body

I was a bit skeptical of this concept, but in the end it was a positive surprise. THe book is a bit long but I so enjoyed listening as I was traveling and reframing how i think about food. There are great tools explained that can help you think about ways to reduce hunger and be more active. The affirmations are calming and focusing to energy around the idea of health and food. To me, this is a step to a better wellness routine that is done gently. Highly recommend.

Helped Me Slow Down and Tune In

I listened to this during a quiet evening walk after a rough day and it helped me feel calmer and more in control of my cravings.
