Really interesting retelling of the famous 1001 Nights

An incredibly rich novel with fabulous characters. A couple of descriptive phrases are used a few too many times, otherwise this would have been given a unanimous 5 stars

A fantastic tale and a wonderful reading

I couldn't stop, I was transported to the ancient middle east and charmed by Jamil Ahmeds writing. What a lovely read from Sulin Hasso her voice is soft and gentle and she brought some great character to the read. It's definitely worth a listen.
