There are so many easy recipes in this book that can replace the chemicals were used to using. Even one for polishing cabinets. As a parrot owner, I can't use toxic chemicals. I never knew that alternatives were so easy!

I love this book! I take it with a grain of salt, however, because it has recommendations for ingesting essential oils, which is not a good idea. I love the info it gives about each oil, though.
