Fun and educational for kids

Super Helpful for My Kiddo
I picked this up for my 10-year-old and we’ve been going through it together. It covers stuff I wish I had learned at that age. My kid’s been asking more thoughtful questions and even started helping out more around the house. It’s written in a way that clicks with them—nothing too preachy or boring. For 10 year olds and their parents
I was thinking about buying this book for my nephew, but decided to get the audiobook version to listen to it myself first. I was impressed with the easy to listen to chapters, and I think a lot of adults can learn from the activities in this book, from Emotional Labeling, Mindful Breathing and the emotional dragon. There are a lot of guided activity prompts that could foster lifelong hobbies, like using technology for creative drawing, growing plants, or being a hero to animals by taking care of stray animals. There are a lot of great original ideas in this audiobook to encourage the young ones in your life to achieve little things to build more confidence in themselves.
