supportive and really informative

Not menopausal yet, but this was gifted to me so I listened to this hoping to better understand what to expect and wow, it was way more helpful than I thought. I’m glad I actually listened. Learned a lot about symptoms and mental health. I especially loved that it emphasized how important support networks and mental health are during this phase. Definitely something I’ll revisit later and recommend to friends and fam too.
