great for babysitters too

Helping me with my sons anger
My son’s triggers are real easy to see, but figuring out how to calm him down was the hard part. This book gave me a lot of good ideas on how to help him without making things worse. Less yelling and more patience
I’m a stay at home mom and I started listening to this because my patience was wearing thin, and I hated constantly losing my cool with my kiddos.
