Summary
When a construction crew digs up an ancient archaeological site, they unwittingly unleash an evil hellhound bent on world conquest. Now, a growing army of werewolves has taken over the town of silver springs, and the only people who can save the day are the motley crew at the local gun store. Everybody got that?

a fun read
This story is a fantastic action packed werewolf apocalypse-about-to-happen!
It's witty and i giggled quite a few times.
My favourite part were the characters. Stereotypical but great fun, and Sean Duregger's narration brought them to life amazingly! Mind you, i think i may have missed out on some art on the audiobook.
My only struggle was the heavy gun talk, I don't understand guns so for me that went over my head.
Definitely highly recommend for a fun read.

We need a Ballistic Brothers TV Show!
Disclaimer: I was provided a copy of the book free of charge in exchange for an honest review.
Wow, I cannot recall the last time I've laughed so much at a book, but that deep kind or 'wincing laugh' you do when you know you prooobably shouldn't be as amused as you are..
When an ancient curse is released resulting in a Werewolf plague, not unlike a zombie one, erupting, survivors have to band together to survive. Thankfully, the civies have Mac and Langdon, two very different rednecks with a love for all things that go BOOM.
This book cracked me up. Sure, it's heavily loaded with technical data of weapons (particularly early on) but I'm used to that from Larry Correia books but here the weapons are turned up to 11!
The action, over the top gore and violence are all portrayed masterfully by Sean who injects a perfect balance of sarcasm, grit and sound effects that bring the words to life perfectly and I think this may be my favourite narration of 2022.
A brilliant, brilliant book, full of comedic insanity that does not overstay it's welcome.
