Summary
In Developing Lean Leaders at all Levels we build on the theory in the original book, The Toyota Way to Lean Leadership, and answer the questions: How can I apply this in my organization? What concrete actions can I take to begin the journey of becoming a lean leader? How can I spread this learning to all parts of the organization? What critical tools are needed to turn the theory to practice? This book adds examples from over twenty years of experience by Dr. Liker in working with companies outside of Toyota. This audiobook treats you as a student who will be actively engaged in developing lean leader skills as you read. It acts as a tutorial for beginning the journey!

That one is also by Jeff Liker. Much better for this topic. End of review.

Excellent advice for managers in a Lean organisation.
Well narrated, useful tips, re explains the lean philosophy with an emphasis towards management and the master apprentice relationship.
Too often we meet an employee that has learnt all the buzzwords but has no idea what Lean is or how best to implement it.
This will help guide you to create Lean leaders in your organisation so that the knownothings can be replaced with a deeper ingrained sense of what it is to be Lean. Don’t just put someone in charge because you like them, you do everyone a disservice including them.
Learn from the bottom and work your way up,
PDCA!
