2 Birds with One Stone

Relaxing and helpful

I enjoyed the variety of meditations in this pack. They were all very relaxing, and I've found them helpful. The visualisations the author takes you through are really enjoyable and relaxing. These are very good to use as part of a regular routine. I have listened once so far and already found it easier to get a healthy snack when I got hungry!

Natural way to improving your health

I did not know self-hypnosis was a thing until I listened to this book. But it's actually really interesting. I'm always interested in the natural way to fix things, so I thought it was worth a shot. This book gives a clear explanation of what it is and how it works. And I like the positive affirmations in the book. They are empowering.

Great Holistic approach to weight loss

Adequate sleep is well known to be crucial to any weight loss program. Great Sleep and Less Hungry!

I've listened to this book twice so far when going to bed. It definitely helped me to relax and fall asleep faster than I normally do. I also love to eat, so I was really excited about this book when I read the title. I was pleasantly surprised with how fast I noticed the impact on my eating. After listening to this book, I noticed I ate less throughout the day. I listed again a couple of days later and noticed the same results. I plan to continue listening to this book a few times per week.

well rounded guided meditation

This meditation audiobook is captivating and relaxing. The guided voice instructions make it easy to follow. The author did a good job breaking up each section into digestible parts and the affirmations at the end are a great added touch. I feel it's a good way to end with positivity. I didn't particularly care for the narration at normal speed. It's a meditation book, so the narration should be a bit slower, but it was just too slow for me until I sped it up a bit. I'd recommend this book to anyone who is struggling to find peace in any part of their life!
