One way ticket to deep peaceful sleep

Exactly what I needed

I am a very light sleeper, and for the past year, I have woken up at least twice each night and have a tough time falling back to sleep because I begin to think about all the tasks I need to complete. When I finally quiet that mental chatter and finally fall into a deep sleep, my alarm rings. It's so annoying! I've never used a white noise machine or played anything overnight to help me relax, but this track really did help. It was like listening to music at the closing of a yoga class, but better because I was at home and didn't need to wake up within 5 minutes. I am excited to finally get a full night of rest and wake up feeling rejuvenated on a consistent basis!

This has helped a lot with my sleep

I'm very interested in meditation and hypnosis, so I thought this would be good to try. The author has a really nice voice, and it's very relaxing. It makes it easy to be receptive to the hypnosis and the message he walks you through. I like that it's really convenient to listen to right before I go to bed and then it continues after I fall asleep. I definitely feel like I sleep better with this and I feel more rested when I wake up. If you struggle with your sleep, I think you'll find this to be really helpful.
