Summary

Nina Cattermole had an unusual death: headbutted by a horse as she protested against the local hunt. The official verdict is that it was a freak accident. But for the Cattermoles it is merely the start of their troubles.

On the day of the funeral a family friend, himself a hunt saboteur, is found dead in a ditch. Local CID Detective Den Cooper is sent to investigate. It soon becomes clear that this is not another accident....

Narration spoilt story

Good story nice little twist at end. Spoilt by narration. Good voice but when describing things would speed up in middle of sentce and slow down at end holding last consonants which I found really annoying. It ruined the flow of the story telling and didn't add any suspense. Unable to speed as rest of it then sounded weird. Not sure whether intentional or problem with recording.
