Ein Buchhändler ermittelt im Berlin der Goldenen Zwanziger.
Berlin, Weihnachten 1926. Der Buchhändler Bernhard Greiff ist so manches: beispielsweise ein gerade so als geheilt entlassener Kriegsveteran und ein ziemlich schlechter Verkäufer - zumindest aus Sicht seiner Vorgesetzten.
