amazing tool
Only thing missing were the authors credentials; ie rven he’s not a licensed therapist, it would’ve been nice to know where he got his information.

highly recommended
Thoroughly enjoyed reading this one. It was a quick read with a wealth of information. It’s geared more for the beginner, but works well as a quick reference for the more experienced. It provides invaluable techniques for people who have held a solipsistic view of the world.
