If you have to be stuck in a curse with monsters, they might as well be sexy monsters.

When I answered an ad for a caretaker at Saint Mark’s Sanctuary, I thought I’d be dusting chandeliers and polishing floors. I didn’t expect to be tricked into a curse, going into debt to a monster, and being forced to take a self-paced “let’s learn magic” course so I can fix a 2,000-year-old problem.

And that monster? Not your ordinary, everyday beast. He has hooves, and horns, and fur on his legs. But you know where he doesn’t have fur? Yeah. There. Which is fine. Except he doesn’t wear pants.

Nothing at Saint Mark’s is exactly what it seems. The entire inside is magic, the hallways upstairs are nothing but parties from the past, and the super-hot guy who lives in the dungeon? Yeah. Not human.

Firstly the narrators are amazing and really bring the characters to life. Loved this book so different. Wonderful characters and storyline. Just fell in love with Pie, Pell and Thomas - great paced book so well written. Can I wait for book 2 to come out on audio next

The story draws you in slowly, the characters developed slowly and the end has a twist I never saw coming, and that was a nice surprise. There's a lot of story and very little sex. But saying that the story is beautiful and well worth listening to.

I really enjoyed most of this but I finished it feeling a bit, meh. Some good characters, interesting plot, great story but it’s missing something & the last part of the book seemed kind of rushed. I loved the spice 🌶️🌶️, could’ve done with a bit more 😂 I love this genre but unfortunately, I don’t think I’d pay to read.

Fantastic, and fantastical, story, with so much going in! Loved Pie, Pell and Tomas so much! The narrators are beyond good! They are superb. This book kept me company on a long journey and I am just a little bit in love with it 💖💖💖💖💖

l loved this one. crazy story with monsters
I'm not sure what spoke to me in this one. But it was so fun not loads of spice, but sometimes you don't need a lot. I really looked the relationship between the three characters. Thn pelts and pie's story so good. This one was free so even better. loved the voices of the narrators, brilliant. Next one hopefully Thomas gets his own love interest. Poor monster he's only been kissed once. ooh

I'm a big paranormal romance fan and have listened/read 100s. This one was definitely up there as one of the best. Great story, great characters, some fun sexy time... Nothing not to like! Just loved it.

Fresh take on Gods Monsters Curses and Romance. I love a good paranormal romance and this one delivers. I believed in the romance and want the relationship to go somewhere from the start. This is one thing you can always trust in this author. No matter the scenario I always feel rooted for the most unlikely of relationships. I love these characters and look forward to getting to know them more in future books in the series.

When one of your favourite authors crosses over into your favourite genre there is always apprehension on how it will go. But this is everything I could wish for and some. Can not wait for more.

Whilst this book does have a bit of a cliff hanger and is not stand alone it still feels like a complete story. The ending leaves a tell to the next book rather than me frustrated that I don’t know what has happened at the end of the book.
