Craving His Blood is book 2 in the Brides of Kylorr series. Book 1 was one of my all-time favs from this year and so it only made sense for me to pick up book 2. And let me tell you… I love book 2 as well. Whilst book one will always have a special place in my heart (& currently still hold the top spot in the series), book 2 was still really good.
Here, we meet Kythel, who is the Lord of his territory (& twin of Azur from book 1).
We also meet Millie, who previously traveled the galaxy.
They first meet each other at a blood feeding house (because Kythel is an alien vampire who needs those). Kythel is immediately drawn to Millie’s blood, whom he finds out is his blood mate. But because of political reasons and the good of his kingdom, he cannot be with her and needs to resist her. However, he isn’t able to stay away for long, and they end up forming an unlikely, but very sweet friendship. Aww was this friendship soo sweet. This also leads to some heavy romantic tension! This book was just soo good! I will definitely be continuing on in the series!
I read/listened to this on audio and had a great, fun time listening to it! Narrated by Marcio Catalano and Veronica Pace, both did amazing! They were the perfect choices for this story! Their voices were well suited for the characters, and they also complimented each other well! In conclusion, I highly recommend this book especially the audio! Read it, you won’t be disappointed!
