Delicious and Easy to Follow
I’ve been wanting to eat healthier without giving up flavor, and this cookbook hit the spot. The recipes are simple, don’t take forever, and actually taste great. I like that there’s a mix of options whether you’re doing low-carb, plant-based, or just want something fresh. The photos are helpful too—I like seeing what I’m aiming for. Delicious, Doable, and Totally Inspiring
I’ve tried dozens of cookbooks, but Cook Your Best Life instantly became my favorite. The Mediterranean recipes are not only easy to follow but also insanely flavorful and I’m not a pro in the kitchen! I love that it caters to all kinds of diets I'm mostly keto, and the step by step format takes out all the guesswork. Plus, the photos are gorgeous and actually make me want to cook. This one’s a staple on my kitchen counter now!

Great Cooking book
I have saved this audiobook on my laptop so I can review it as often as I want when cooking food I've never done before. There is great food out there that needs to be tried, especially healthy recipes paired with bold Mediterranean flavours. The author explains step-by-step how to prepare food professionally so that we don’t mess up or end up creating unwanted waste. I will now prepare my shopping list, and I thank the author for the details.

Tasty Ideas Made Simple
I listened to this while prepping meals for the week and found it full of easy recipes that don’t take much fuss. The narrator had a clear friendly voice that made it pleasant to follow along.
