Could help you overcome a common malady

I think being anxious and nervous in a lot of situations is more common than people will admit. In this audiobook, the author takes a deep look into anxiousness, and how it applies to so many people in so many situations. The chapters about relationships are worth their weight in gold. if it’s not you, then I guarantee you know someone who suffers from this malady. After listening to this audiobook, I feel much more comfortable to identify and help the situation if and when I see it.
