Totally engrossed in this series of books. The narrative is brilliant and keeps you engrossed all the way through. Loved the story and keeps you wondering all the way till the end. Its one of those stories you can't wait to get to the end to see whats happening but don't want it to end!

what a fantastic book couldn't put it down. Great story line with wonderful characters. considering its a detective it had me lol on a few occasions. looking forward to the next installment.

An interesting storyline with great twists and sympathetic characters. Just wish the narrator would slow her delivery down just a tad.

Another well put together story by Cari Hunter, just the right amount of pace, red herrings, violence and sex to keep the reader engaged right through to the end. Brilliantly narrated by Nicola Victoria Vincent.

Sanne and Meg return in the second part of the dark peaks series. since the last episode we find Meg in a relationship and sanne lost and confused without her childhood friend. in the midst of this we have bodies turning up and more pressure on Edsop. all the cases be sold and will the romance that they have been avoiding finally come to fruition.

very well narrated by Nicola Victoria Vincent. I will certainly look for more books narrated by her as she has such a welcoming voice and you can understand the different voices of the characters.

much better than book 1...loved the 2 plots running in parell. a little less swearing in this 2 too and less flakyness to the lead girls. a happy ending 4 all too. recommended listen

What a super read and listen. The serious part was was dealt with in an appropriate manner, but the rest had me chuckling in absolute pleasure. You've got to love Meg and Sanne and the rest of the team. DI Stanhope needs a book to herself. Onwards to the final book in the series.
