I’m totally shocked at the Yorkshire men who freely dip into their pockets each day to supply the team with bacon butties and cake and cheese - never come across such loose pockets before 😁 Jayden’s innocence/naivety is surprising, especially as he’s apparently been to university, but you can’t help but love him, and his looming death was very convincing and disturbing. Another excellent tale

This book was bit dark but still great read.. without going into any details it’s hard to believe that people like this exist still and yet I know they do but it’s the characters I love and their story I follow and David tells a great story

i have listened to the whole series and cannot wait for the next one. Have connected to all the characters and the story moves along really well. Not too gory and a nice touch of humour in there as well. Does not get bogged down with procedure and love the bond between the team. Will be waiting for the next.

After having waited for Cold Sanctuary to be available in audio format I binged listened.
It was over too soon and now I am longing for the next one.
The books are great but be warned, they are addictive!
I highly recommend them to lift your spirits.

I only started reading or listening to the Grimm books this year and I have loved all of them. It feels like the characters are people I know and I think I'd enjoy a piece of cheese and cake with the team.
They just keep getting better and better. This one had some quite dark themes as you will see from other reviews but don't let that put you off. Looking forward to the next one already 😀
