Alana gives great tips about getting your thoughts in order to help with making positive changes in your life. there is a whole chapter on meditation.
I liked the fact that the author confirmed that having negative thoughts is normal..and also gave advice on how to challenge and change these negative thoughts. For example, write down what you want to change, commit to taking actionable steps to accomplish your goals. if you are looking to change the way you think and become more grateful this this book is for you.
