I’m pleased to say that while listening to the book I was able to help 2 people when I recommended techniques by Dr Amen.
It would be good to have a PDF listing of the chapters for easy reference when searching for a topic. It looks like I might have to get the hard-copy book!

Then there are the debunked studies, the clear ignorance about some of the topics, the "everyone is bullying me when they point out that my methods don't work", etc.;; he brings up ADHD quite frequently (except when talking about dopamine which is strange) but clearly doesn't know much about it, and his advice boils down to the usual "make lists, and focus better".
Skip it, there are way better books out there.
