I love this book and it's well-thought-out yoga poses for seniors. I loved that I paid one price but got 2 books. It addressed tips for weightloss and metabolic heath. Both books were very complimentary. This was a great guidebook for those wanting to improve their health.

My everyday regimen was doing the Seated Stretches segment. I could complete some of the sitting stretches recommended in the book with ease right from my chair. My hip, hamstring, and shoulder flexibility increased as a result of these stretches, which greatly eased daily duties.
