Not disappointed!

Its important to focus on health concerns

This chair yoga will help you stay mobilized and focused while building strength and endurance. Its important to listen and follow to keep your back and shoulders strong while building that upper body strength. it was a great idea to incorporate what you can do during breaks or commercials or handling things around the house. Just by devoting a few minutes each day will keep you motivated and improve your posture. You will soon be really excited and start feeling really great, you're going to love this.

Great for after surgeries too

Since my husband’s surgery, things have only gotten harder for him. His sleep apnea is worse, he gets winded just walking across the room, he’s gained 20 pounds, and now he’s dealing with even more health issues. We needed something safe and low-impact to help him move without making things worse, and this book has been a huge help. The chair yoga exercises are simple but effective, and he can actually do them without feeling completely exhausted. The breathing exercises have been great too, especially with his sleep problems.

A new road to feeling better!

I Look Forward To These

After dealing with stiffness and lack of motivation to exercise. I came across this and Im impressed by how much I enjoy these chair yoga exercises. I have never been big on traditional workouts and getting to a gym was not realistic for me. Doing these exercises at home has become the highlight of my morning. I noticed Im standing taller and feeling more energetic. Some of my friends have mentioned how good I seem lately. I love is how doable each move is. No complicated poses and intimidating routines. Just clear doable movements I can comfortably fit into my daily routine. I even shared some of the exercises with my neighbor who now joins me twice a week. Stay active at home.
