Motion is lotion

The main takeaway from this audiobook was the need to listen to what your body needs. Everybody is different and any exercise plan should be formed by taking the basis and applying them to the way your body works. There was a section on how Chair Yoga could be used to assist with certain health conditions and those in a wheelchair. The ability to maintain a level of strength and mobility is vital and this was a very comprehensive guide.
