About this listen

The gods never should have opened Pandora's Box...

Nate Temple has been abducted by Zeus and is thrown into the middle of an Olympian family feud that could very well kick off the Omega War all by itself.

There is one weapon that Zeus believes will turn the tide. Pandora's Box. But his neglect left it on earth for far too long, and Pandora has found a new master to serve. Nate Temple.

Because Zeus put one thing inside the box that he never should have...hope.

And hope is a dangerous thing to leave unattended...

Nate will need every ally and every tool at his disposal to have a chance at surviving. The only problem is that none of those allies have any idea where he is, but they're scouring the world to find him. Before it's too late.

The only way out of this insanity is for Nate to face old demons, unite old friends, and outmaneuver plans that have spanned decades. The Dread Four must ride to save their brother, the Horseman of Hope, or everything will burn.

Even if they win, everything might just burn all the same. But will it burn with hope...or despair?

Shayne never lets you down. There’s always an unfathomable plot and characters who share an intimacy that makes you smile, which everyone knows we need at this point in 2020. And don’t forget the awesome butt-kickings. Carnage is no different.

Dark (but never too dark) and intense at times, the story bounces along at an amazing pace. There are plenty of laugh out loud moments that make you spit your coffee. It was worth the wait.

May your enemies always taste the alicorn induced painbow!

I always think Shayne will tie up loose ends or reintroduce older characters in his classic level of Badassery that he normally does but with this he found a new level I'm now dubbing "silver's style" because I've never laughed gasped and in full fact cried as much as this man has made me in the last few years you truly are the king of the Freaks

An epic that has yet to end

this book had a brick wall unable to decide what hes feeling. i have felt every emotion going through these. anger. happiness sadness fraughstration and more. I've found myself yelling at Nate Temple. Wild or tainted nipple. telling him hes a F***ing idiot. and how the answer is so obvious if only he could open his eyes. and each time. more twists and turns change everything.

Joel reads the books like a pro. when i was reading the hard copies i had fixed voices in my head for each character. and hes hitting the nail on the head with each one. great books by far. cant wait for the rest and wish i could own them all.

Thanks Shayne for yet another book that can bring someone as broken as me. out of my shell and feeling for the first time in many long years.

yet again. Shayne silvers is pushing the boundries

Leaving a comment here I'm never sure if the author actually reads it, in the hope that this one is noticed I can only say 'bravo sir 👏 I was gripped from the start to finish and desperate for more. The narrator had me thinking in his voice I was so absorbed.

Best in the series yet
