More of an opinion piece than a learning tool

From the beginning (c++) there are unreferenced statements (like 90% of programmers default to c++) and phrases that suggest a lack of understanding about general computing (ie Linux being a programming language, when it is a Kernel or not knowing that macOS is a Unix based system).

Add to this the questionable instruction (like ‘using namespace std;’ , although this falls more towards preference than standards) I cannot recommend this as a beginners resource.
There are much better quality resources than this. I suggest finding some.
