Goodbye Knees
If you ever want to destroy your knees and self-esteem at the same time, Burpee Hell is for you. It works, but I think I lost a few years off my lifespan.

Sweat, Tears, and Regret
I thought I was fit. I was wrong. Burpee Hell has shown me levels of suffering I didn't know existed. My carpet has a permanent sweat stain, my neighbors are concerned about my screaming, and my legs tremble at the mere thought of jumping. Would I recommend it? Absolutely.

I Met My Maker on Rep 37
You haven’t lived until you’ve done 100 burpees in a row. Actually, scratch that—you haven’t died until you’ve done it. 10/10 would suffer again.

Effective

Sweat Dripping, Gains Incoming

This Must Be What the Military Feels Like
Day 1: Excited.
Day 2: Sore.
Day 3: Can't walk.
Day 7: Slightly stronger but still questioning my choices.
