Interesting but too repetitive

I couldn't finish this book. I got to chapter 11 and gave up. it's got some interesting facts but she just repeats herself continuously. I had to keep checking I hadn't accidentally gone back a chapter or two. I'm not sure how this is meant to help stop bulimia. It's interesting but that's about it.
