I Loved This Audiobook I just finished listening

Self helping book

This is one of the most complete book I have found. It has really helped me to understand some of my major weaknesses and I have inplemented a plan to improve my life

Nice Message

This book is an excellent resource for the woman that has been bullied by those with low self-esteem. It makes you realize how depraved some people really are and why they do what they do.

There are many important information here

The techniques contained in this book are very simple and anyone can apply them. Everyone should must listen this audiobook for anxiety reduction. I found this book truly inspiring and helpful.

Really well narrated and comprehensive explanation

This audiobook is the best method of defusing anxiety.If you are looking for a different way out of anxiety, dropping the techniques you’ve heard about that don’t work. Please listen this audiobook

Helpful, explains self destructive behaviour well

This book helped me understand friends and family with depressive and self destructive tendencies - I have a lot more empathy towards them and myself as a result.

Robotic narrator

I don't understand why all reviews so far seem to be 5*. The content might be useful, but I gave up after an hour, up until which it was pretty basic information telling you to change your thinking over and over again. I just couldn't take any more listening to this voice which sounded like a computer translating a foreign book into accented English, the words were getting truncated and the middle missing out of longer words and although not monotone exactly, it was really boring.
