Calm Yourself in Just Minutes!
It was a great find coming across this book on guided meditation. The background music that accompanies the guided meditation is soothing and very relaxing. The sessions are short enough to fit into my busy day, yet powerful enough to create a real sense of calm. The author takes you step by step throughout each exercise. The examples shared for you to gain knowledge and imperse in the mediation are at times provided in the second person and other times in the third person. I don’t have a favorite exercise, all are great. The meditation guidance feels as if it is directed to pre-teens, teens and young adults on top of being useful to adults. I recommend this book if you want to learn how to calm yourself or relax even if you are not experiencing stress.

Sleeping Better Now
I have always struggled with my thoughts at night. No matter how tired I am. I can not seem to turn off my brain. I have tried everything I could think of. From Tea to white noise and even counting backwards nothing worked. These guided meditations changed that. The voice is calming and there is no pressure. I just listen and breathe and relax. For the first time in too long Im falling asleep without scrolling my phone or tossing and turning. If overthinking keeps you up at night this could help.
