Everybody Needs This Book !

We have all picked up bad habits whether consciously or unconsciously. Whether it’s drinking too much, or smoking, or clicking your pen in a classroom, or repeating the word “like” (which irritates me) in a conversation, The author does an excellent job of making us aware of those habits and then how to use that awareness to eliminate or lessen that bad habit. This is a book everyone could benefit from. It will make you a better person.

Good resouce

This habit-breaking book is surprisingly helpful! No preaching, just practical stuff that actually works.
