©2017 Trigger (P)2018 TriggerI've found this book really helpful for its very practical approach for dealing with negatives thoughts as they come and thinking ahead about strategies for dealing with them for the future. For instance, I've realised that I often feel worse about my body in front of the mirror, or when comparing it to someone who I deem to have a better body, but this book has given me ways to work around that. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone with BDD or body image issues.
