if you like a good vampire story I recommend this book so muck better than the TV series (though that's good too) very well written and leaves you wanting more at the end.

Have read this book before and this is the first time listening to it.

I already loved the story and it was a nice change to listen, relax and digest the book in a different way.

I didn't mind the narrator and thought they did a good job, thought I'd mention as I have read criticism about the performance.

A really good, exciting listen with some interesting characters. I just love the idea of Henry VIII's illegitimate son being a vampire!

Tanya Huff knows how to write engaging characters and how to incorporate them into a strange world and make it believable.
This one had me in the edge of my seat all the way through.
Highly recommended.

I’m afraid I found the readers voice so irritating I couldn’t listen for more than 5 minutes. I won’t finish this book. I’ll buy the physical book and read it myself.
