I really enjoyed Lily and Jet! They were so sweet and this one is a very low-drama HEA story that will have you ready to read the rest of the series! You can read it in order or out of order, because you'll have overlaps either way and they're always a happy moment of seeing that character again. Definitely recommend this series!

The audiobook was so well done. Both narrators did a fantastic job bringing these characters to life and pulling me even deeper into the story.

I loved this one. Why??? Because Lily Galo is my type of women. She is considered to be a book nerd 😊 She dropped out of school to go work in her dad’s tattoo and piercing shop. When Jet ‘Blaze’ Michaels returns to his hometown he never expected to run into Lily and that she would be available. So when he convinces Lily to move in with him as friends sparks seem to be flying between them. But Jet has a hard time convincing Lily to give him a chance… But when you know you know… lol

I Loved this book. I loved the book nerd versus the womanizer storyline. And bonus my favorite narrator Jason Clarke and my getting used to Samantha Brentmoor 😊 I think out of the whole series so far these two are my favorite ♥♥ 😊

This book had me hooked within the first few minutes. The way Jet and Lily met again after years of not seeing each other had me laughing out loud! I loved that we get to see how couples from the previous books are doing (hi, Gigi!) I loved the witty banter between the characters and the dynamics of the Gallo family.

The story makes a sudden turn in the last chapter, making it end with a cliffhanger. I can't wait to see what happens next!

Samantha Brentmoor and Jason Clarke were amazing! Their voices complement each other, making this audiobook a joy to listen to.

Blaze is an opposites-attract, friends-to-lovers contemporary romance written in dual first-person POV and recorded in dual narration. It ends with a cliffhanger. No cheating.

This hot slow burn gives you everything! Lily and Jet are perfect for each other. He has to learn to go and her pace because she is shy and not so confident in her sexy. He now is being viewed by the family in a different manner and he has to be strong because these Gallo men do not play about their daughters. I am so seriously ready for the next book.

Well Gigi and Pike were my favourites before but Lily and Jet are giving them a run for their money. This is book 4 in the Men of Inked Heatwave Series from Chelle Bliss and I am loving these audiobooks. Lily the nerdy bookworm ends up with her high school crush Jet the ex-military man. After reconnecting in the funniest scene (no spoilers here but you will laugh so hard), Jet pursues Lily even though she can’t believe he would want a “girl like her.” I loved their story so much. Lily is so unsure of herself and Jet coaxes her little by little to come out of her comfort zone. As always the supporting cast are a bunch of crazy Gallo family members. Tamara from “Wildfire” is a classic with some of the stuff she comes out with. Sometimes I wish I could head out on a night for drinks with her, there would definitely be some fun stories to tell. I think it’s the mark of great writing when you want to spend real life time with the characters.

This is a sweeter story than the others so far but with no less heat. When these two finally get it together they go up in flames. Seriously HOT! Chelle describes her characters so vividly, you feel like you’re there with them. I’m so glad Lily gets the courage up to take what she’s wanted for so freaking long and Jet is so careful not to spook her. He’s the polar opposite of most of the Gallo men as he’s not openly alpha all the time. He is the fierce protector of Lily but he’s also so sensitive to her needs. He wants so badly for all of her experiences to be amazing. Aaaaannnnnnd there’s a cool wee surprise at the end. LOVED IT!!!

The narrators do a stellar job of bringing these characters to life. I only just discovered Samantha Brentmoor recently and once again she hits the nail on the head. You can totally feel the hesitance in Lily and her utter embarrassment at some of the things her cousins come out with. Samantha has a great range of voices to draw from so when there’s a conversation between multiple people there is no mistaking who is saying what. She gives us the whole spectrum of emotions for Lily and I thought her performance was top notch. Jason Clarke again delighted my ears with his portrayal of Jet. As well as just having a bloody lovely voice to listen to, you really felt Jet’s frustration and his care when talking with Lily. He showed us perfectly that Jet needed to reign his sh*t in to finally get the girl. Such a great pairing of voice actors, I think they are my new favourite team!!!

There are times when a book just hits you, and Blaze does it for me. I am not sure if it is the combination of characters, or the addition of the talented narrators, but it is a fantastic listen. Jet is home from the military and when he bumps into Lily in the tattoo parlor, things for our couple begin. Jet is the one Lily pined over in high school, you know the one that all he girls love. Being the studious nerd, Lily didn't think she was even on Jet's radar, but was she? Now several years later, she agrees to be his roommate. Can she do it? Between her overprotective family and friends and her lack of risk taking, we shall see! It's fun, flirty and just a blast to listen to. All our favorites are present, with Tamara and Mammoth, Pike and Gigi along with the Gallo family giving us all the love and laughter and alpha protectiveness! It's a great listen and the ending just made me smile!

Samantha Brentmoor and Jason Clarke are an amazing team! I loved them together. Clarke just dials into Jet, with his charm and warmth. I could see why Lily fell for him! And Brentmoor is fabulous as the innocent Lily as she gains her confidence. They compliment each other well and make the listen fly by. Loved every minute!

Chelle does it again!! I love this series so much. Lily and Jet's connection was amazing I love the chemistry between them. This book made me laugh. I love getting to see characters from other books in the series. I can not wait for more from this series. The narrators really brought this story to life were perfect.

This book was everything I had hoped it would be and more.
Jet was the perfect nudge—that Lily needed—to get out of her head.
They were sweet, sexy, fun... the perfect mix for a swoon worthy read/listen.
As for that ending? I NEED MORE!
Talk about cliffhanger.

Jason and Samantha completely slayed the narration.

A highschool crush grows into so much more.

Lily and Jet meet again after Jet's time in the military.
Those 2 are so cute together. They don't wanna confess to each other that they had a crush for such a long time.
So it's really interesting and sweet to see how they find together.

The book is steamy, but also so much fun.
