Simply wonderful!

This audiobook is amazing! The healing music is just beautiful!! I use it as relaxing background music, for my meditations, and to fall asleep. I especially appreciate that you can choose between different brainwaves, and each set lasts almost 1 hour and 20 minutes. So beautiful and absolutely worth the purchase! I highly recommend it!

Incredible Sound Quality!

An incredible audiobook. The sound quality is amazing. I turned it on and it made me feel so relaxed. Each chapter plays a different frequency allowing you to tap into and unlock parts of your brain to help with sleep, anxiety, memory, creativity, and help you meditate if that's your thing. I really appreciate that it was so comprehensive and offered alpha, delta, gamma and theta waves!!!! Alpha waves help you relax and be creative, Delta waves help you sleep deeply and heal, Gamma waves improve your memory and perception, and Theta waves help you meditate and get deep insights. Great for anyone who wants to reduce stress, think more clearly, and grow personally. Makes a Great Gift!!!!!!

it lets you focus

These beats have been awesome! The soundscapes helped me to focus when I needed to get stuff done. These are also perfect for relaxation and unwinding after a tiring day.
