I’ve struggled with falling asleep for years—my mind just won’t shut off. I gave this a shot out of desperation, and honestly, it surprised me. The stories are calm, soothing, and just the right kind of dreamy without being cheesy. I’ve fallen asleep halfway through most nights (which never happens for me).
