There are many diseases that makes one sick which can be avoided with the insight here. The audiobook helps understand food safety, so food is safe for consumption with the knowledge of temperature, preparation, and criteria to make food safe. It makes it obvious that foods are essential so we must know how to keep it safe for our healthy consumption and avoid unsafe food prep with bacteria or even micros because of preparation handling. The audiobook is easy to follow on food safety practices which is learnt to avoid scary food poison, destroy cooking confidence, and avoid food born disease or illness outbreak which might not be intentional.

I had this book gifted to me and didn't realize how unknowledgeable I was! The book is filled with tips and recommendations to help you cook in a safer kitchen. I especially liked the last chapter on GMO safety as I was clueless about the effects it has on our bodies. This is a valuable resource for anyone wanting to improve their methods in preparing food, not just beginners. A worthwhile listen for anyone that cooks!
